Children’s Ministry
At Glenrock, we desire that through teaching the Bible, the basics of the Christian faith, and historic, orthodox Christian forms of worship, we will help develop patterns and practices in children and families’ lives to give the Holy Spirit kindling to ignite the flame of godliness for the glory of God.
Sunday School
Bible Study Classes (Sunday School) are offered each Sunday for children of all ages at 9:15am. These classes are located in our Fellowship Hall building. There you will also find our child check-in system.
Nursery
We happily offer nursery care for those children five and under. Nursery care is offered during the worship service (10:30am). The Nursery is located in our sanctuary building for easy drop off and pick up for parents. There you will find a child check-in system specifically for the nursery.
Security
We take the safety of our children and our volunteers very seriously. In addition to our church-wide security measures, we have special requirements for our children’s ministry.
Children brought either to the Nursery or the kid’s Bible Study Classes must be checked in and checked out. This system, though it may seem excessive, ensures that each child is given back with the parent or guardian who brought them. Each worker in our children’s ministry is background-checked and vetted. We strive to do everything within our power to ensure our children are safe from any trouble outside and inside.
Sunday Mornings
We are happy to provide nursery during our worship service (10:30am).
Bible Study classes for children of all ages.
Sunday Evening
During this service (monthly, 4th Sundays) we offer nursery for those children under three.
Childcare Locations:
The nursery is located in our Sanctuary Building.
Children’s Bible Study classes can be found in our Fellowship Hall building.
